Spring Opal is founded and led by F. Müjde Çetin, a strategy consultant with more than 25 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics Law from Galatasaray University and is one of Türkiye’s first internationally certified negotiators. Her advisory career spans the private sector, international institutions — including the World Bank, the EBRD and the EU — and academia.
